Reviews Management+ Program (RM+)

Using the SOS Reviews App as a part of the Reviews Management+ system, you'll have an efficient way to capture reviews from customers while technicians are on site. Customers can choose to leave a review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or your website. No matter where they choose, all your reviews will be recorded and viewable in the SOS Reviews Management dashboard system and the integrated Heat Map shows potential customers that you perform work in their neighborhood. Reviews Integration Program (RI)

In contrast to our full-featured Reviews Management+ (RM+) system, SOS now offers a ramped down version of our Reviews Program called the Reviews Integration (RI) system. The RI system lets you capture reviews from Google, Facebook, and Yelp and consolidate them in one place on the reviews page of your website. The setup is fast and easy, and includes a more prominent graphical display of all your reviews on both your homepage and the reviews page of your website. SOS provides a more simplistic approach for getting all of your reviews in one place.

ELSEO Pages

Instead of the default ELSEO page, dealers with the RM+ system have enhanced ELSEO pages displaying location-specific reviews for the ELSEO town. Additionally, job site visit photo-check-ins generated through the SOS Reviews App display on the page so customers can see work you’ve done in their area.

Whereas both the RM+ and RI systems display larger enhanced graphics from Google, Facebook, and Yelp and allow customers to leave new reviews using the “Write A Review” button, the RM+ system also displays a 'heat map' feature showing pins for job site visits and reviews. In addition, with the RM+ system you’ll have an opportunity to view, manage, and approve all of your reviews prior to their display on the website. The RI system will integrate reviews from 3rd party platforms like Google, Facebook, and Yelp but reviews cannot be managed and the integrated heat map feature is disabled.
